VISTO:
El Expediente Nº 4039-16667/2024, referido a “Sumario administrativo de la agente MARTIN, CLAUDIA MARIA (Legajo Nº 1504)”; y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que se debe seguir con los actos administrativos correspondientes.
Por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES
DECRETA
ARTICULO 1º: Designase al Dr. GIAVINO, NOBERTO CESAR (Leg. Nº1526), Asesor ============= Letrado de la Municipalidad de General Alvear, como Instructor del Sumario Administrativo, según Expte. Nº 4039-16667/2024 de la agente MARTIN, CLAUDIA MARIA (Legajo Nº 1504)-
