Decreto N\u00ba 839"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>General Alvear, 15 de diciembre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Que, debido a un error meramente administrativo se omiti\u00f3 plasmar el Decreto N\u00ba 619\/2021, de fecha 1\u00ba de septiembre de a\u00f1o 2021, en hojas rubricadas \u201cDECRETOS A\u00d1O 2021\u201d, en el cual se designaba agentes municipales a partir de la mencionada fecha para cumplir funciones en el \u201cEspacio de Primera Infancia\u201d; y<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Que debe corregirse el mencionado error, estampando el mismo con fecha actual en hojas de rubricas \u201cDECRETOS A\u00d1O 2023\u201d, inmediatamente a la localizaci\u00f3n del error por omisi\u00f3n cometido involuntariamente, resaltando que la vigencia del Decreto objeto de correcci\u00f3n deviene con fecha 1\u00ba de septiembre de 2021, por ello,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DECRETA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Designase, a partir del 1\u00ba de septiembre de 2021 y hasta el 31 de ============= diciembre de 2021, a la Agente<strong> ANIDO, MERCEDES FERNANDA<\/strong> (Legajo N\u00ba 1267) <strong>PERSONAL MENSUALIZADO, como DIRECTORA DEL SERVICIO DEL ESPACIO DE ATENCION A LA PRIMERA INFANCIA (E.P.I.) &#8211;<\/strong> <strong>R\u00e9gimen Horario 22,5 Hs. semanales<\/strong>, con un Sueldo B\u00e1sico de $ &#8211;\u2013 \u00a0Bonificaci\u00f3n por Titulo Terciario $\u00a0&#8212; \u2013 Bonificaci\u00f3n por Cargo y\/o Funci\u00f3n $ &#8212;.
